Private Airport - REGAL must have the name of the corporation or private carrier, location in the airport, and tail number of the arriving airplane.

NYC Piers - We suggest that pick-up arrangements be scheduled approximately 2 hours after docking to allow time to clear customs. Passengers will be met outside at Berths 1 through 6 on the upper or lower level. Please call REGAL when customs inspection is completed so that our driver can be notified to pull up to the pier.

In order to avoid a no-show fee, passengers should not leave designated meeting locations without notifying REGAL.
